Description
The candidate will be responsible for:
– providing a comprehensive HR service to all staff and line managers – being the first point of contact for all queries.
– work with the recruitment team to understand and ensure that gaps in services are filled.
– actively work with senior leadership on ER matters.
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
– prior experience working as an HR Advisor.
– experience within the education, or public sector.
– the ability to work well on their own, and around others.
– enhanced DBS.
