Naomi stops crying after some minutes later, and she broke the hug.

“Am sorry for being a burden to you, I even wet your clothes with my tears”. Naomi said.

Alex smiles and Cleans the visible tears in her cheeks.

“Is nothing Naomi, atleast I was able to make up for what I said to you yesterday”.

Naomi Scoffs.

“Says who, am still mad at you”.

And Alex let out a slide laugh.

“So you won’t call me four eyes anymore, you kept calling me Naomi all through, that’s unlike you”.

“I won’t anymore, sorry if I did”. Alex said.

And Naomi poke nose.

Susan and Danta came out from the ward, and Naomi looks at them.

“How’s Brielle mom”. She asked.

“She sleeping already, she looks tired, so I told her to rest”. Susan said, and with how she spoke you can easily tell there was crying in her voice.

“Alright Mom, that’s what she needs right now”.

“I want to go to the station”. Susan said, attempting to leave, but both Naomi and Dante held her.

“And why’re you both holding me”. She asked.

“Don’t worry Mom, I’ll be the one to go to the station”. Naomi said.

“Why”.

“Cos I know what you’re going to do there, you might Kill those girls”. Naomi said.

“Killing them is nothing compared to what they’ve to Brielle, I’ve to show those girls that Brielle has a mom who can fight for her”. Susan said attempting to leave again, but Naomi stops her.

“Naomi!!”.

“Am sorry mom, but I can’t let you go to the station, you might get arrested for causing chaos, I’ll be the one to go there”.

“Then I’ll come with you”. Alex chipped in before realizing he did.

Both Susan and Dante looks at him.

“Who’re you”. Dante asked.

“Emm am….”

“His my boss dad, he owns the hotel where I work, he brought me here earlier”. Naomi and.

“Good evening to you both”. He greeted.

And Dante and Susan looks at him.

“I’ll take Naomi to the station, it’ll be better if we talked calmly there”.

And both Dante and Susan didn’t know when they utter an OKAY.

Both Alex and Naomi leaves in his car, and Dante and Susan looks at his car still he was out of sight.

“Did he fall down from the world of cutest”

“I guess so”.

STATION***

“What the heck are you saying offer, that your going to let what they did slide”. Naomi asked already crying.

“We can’t keep them locked up here forever, those girls are from influential family, you can’t go against them”. The police man said.

“I can’t go against them, my sister almost died and you’re just going to let it slide like it never happened!!”. Naomi yells shedding more tears.

Alex held her hand, and she looks at him with wetty eyes.

“Lemme handle this” he said and face the police man.

“Tell me offer, you’ve a daughter whose about 17 years old right”. He asked.

“Yes I do”.

“So what if that daughter of yours get beating to the point of almost loosing her life, will you just let it slide like it never happened”. Alex asked.

“Well I’ll…I…”.

“You’re going to fight for justice for what happened to her right, so why can’t you do thesame for others, simply because they’re well-off doesn’t mean you’ve to close a blind eye to the cruel thing they have to Brielle Salvador…..you know the Melendezs family”

“Of course I do”.

“What do you think we’ll happen to you when you get involved with them”.

And the police man looks scared.

“How….how did they become part of this conversation”.

“They’ll if you don’t do the right thing, Brielle Salvador happens to be the goddaughter of that family, what do you think will happen to you, if they find out your trying to end the case of their goddaughter being abused, am sure you will never be able to work in any station again, as a police officer”. Alex said looking seriously.

“It..it….hasn’t gotten to that”.

“Then will you do the right thing or not”. He asked.

“I’ll……I’ll file a case against them immediately”. The police man said getting the case done.

Naomi looks at him.

*Sir Alex is very kindhearted Naomi, he keeps everyone around him at heart*.

Bre’s voice echoes in her ear.

Naomi looks at him again and smiles.

“Thank you so much sir Alex for helping me out there, thanks to you, Justice will be served for what happened to Brielle, but you didn’t have to lie that my sister was the goddaughter of your family, what if it’s get to their hearing”.

“Don’t worry, I’ll take care of it”.

Naomi smiles.

“So am I forgiven”. He asked.

And Naomi nods.

“Thanks alot sir Alex”. She said again.

“Your welcome cry baby”.

“Cry baby, why will you call me a cry baby”.

“Didn’t you see yourself in there, you started crying immediately the police man said he won’t go through with the case, so this is the real you behind those crazy act, here I thought you were a fisty girl with all the craziness you have shown, but your just a cry baby”. Alex said mockery.

“Am not a cry baby sir Alex, that wasn’t tears, my eyes got wet because of the excess breeze inside”.

“Really”.

“Of course, am not a weakling, am very fistful”. She said forming a fist with her hands.

“Alright cry baby”. He said walking towards the parking lot.

“Am not a cry baby”. She whines following him.

Susan watch the news from the TV in the lobby of the reception, and it stated that Nora Gary and Nikita De-valle were both jailed for the attempt murder of Brielle Salvador.

*you don’t even know what am going through mom, and yet you scold me, you’re the worst mom ever*.

Brielle’s voice echoes in n her ear, and she couldn’t stop herself from crying the more.

Dante Came and sits beside her.

“Are you still crying”.

“She was right, am indeed the worst mom ever, I only pushed her to study hard, and get high grades….I…I never for once care about her feelings, if I’ve being a good mother to her, she’ll have told me how she was being bullied in school, how she tell me her problems when she still being bullied by her own mother, am a useless mother”. She cries.

Dante sighs and pats her softly.

“That’s not true Susan, you care about Brielle, that’s why you kept pushing her to do more”.

“But still I want to make it up to Brielle for all the harsh words I inflicted on her, I want to be a mom to Brielle, not a detector”. She said crying.

And Dante consoles her.

NEXT DAY***

“You don’t have to feed me Naomi, I can feed myself”. Brielle said.

“Lemme do this Brielle, the doctor said you need lots of bed rest and not stress”.

“And since when did eating by yourself become a stress”.

“I just want to take care of you, still you get discharged”. Naomi answers feeding her.

“Thank you Naomi”.

“Don’t thank me Brielle, is my responsibility to take care of you….Brielle”

“Yes Naomi”.

“I was thinking if you’ll like to transfer to another school”.

“Why Naomi”. Brielle asked.

“Am worried, Nikita and Nora might be in jail but what if they send someone to bully you in school again, I don’t want you to go through this again”.she said with feelings of pains.

“I’ll be fine Naomi, and I won’t hesitate to tell you if that’s happens”.

“Are you sure”.

And Brielle nods with a smile.

Naomi caressed her hair softly.

“Make sure you keep to your word Brielle, but if you don’t, am sure Jason is going to save you”. Naomi said flirting with her eyebrows.

“And how did Jason become a part of our conversation”.

“He was the one who came to your rescue right, and come to think of it, no one has ever save me from danger”. Naomi said mockery.

“What’re you trying to insinuate Naomi”.

“Maybe his boyfriend and you ain’t telling me”.

“Boy…..what, Naomi!!”.

And Naomi laughs.

“I was just kidding Brielle”.

Brielle sighs in relief.

“But are you sure his just a friend, no strings attached”.

“Naomi!”.

And Naomi laughs out loud.

SILVER RAIN BAR***

Kingston is seen at the one-side of t the bar, talking and flirting with a girl, as they laughed and drink.

Vivi storm inside the bar and seeing Kingston with a girl, her forehead drew an angle 60.

“Kings!!!”. She yells angrily.

“What’re you doing here Vivi”. He asked.

“Shouldn’t I be the one referring that question to you!!”. She spat.

“Babe, who is she”. The girl asked.

And Vivi’s head turns up side on hearing her call Kingston babe.

“What did you just call him”.she asked furiously.

“You heard me correctly , I called him babe and….”.

She was cut short by a resounding slap from Vivi.

“How dare you!!!”. The girl yells trying to slap her back, but Vivi caught her hand before it landed in her face.

“I should be the one daring you, you shameless barbaric whore, how dare you call my boyfriend babe, how dare you!!!!”. Vivi yells trying to slap her again, but Kingston held her hand.

“That’s enough Vivi, I won’t sit here and watch you hit Lita”.

“Kings how could you do this to me, you said you were never going to cheat on me!!!”. She yells.

“And I thought you and I were through”.

“What”. Vivi Muttered with a Heartbroken voice.

“Didn’t you tell me to forcus more on work, rather than dating”.

“Yes but…but that’s does mean I don’t want us to be together, I was just concerned about you that’s why, how can you go out with a prostitute”.

“What did you just call me!!”. Lita Sparks.

“You heard me right, your a prostitute, how dare you flirt with my boyfriend!!”. Vivi yells trying to attack Lita, but Kingston push her away from Lita.

“Kings”. Vivi muttered in tears.

“That’s enough Vivi, stop embarrassing yourself and go home”. Kingston said.

Vivi looks around, and she could see all eyes were on her, and she quickly leaves the bar.

Kingston looks at her and sighs running his hands through his hair.

THE RODRIQUEZ’S MANSION**

Vivi enters the house she screams so loudly, throwing the flower vases to the floor.

Lawrence comes downstairs on hearing her scream, and the sound of a broken vase.

“What’s going on Vivi, why do you look like a tout, did you have to Verge your anger on these flowers vases”.

And Vivi screams breaking anoda flower vase.

“How could he cheat on me, he promised me he’ll never do it again, how could he!!!”. She screams in tears.

“Judging from your words, I guess it’s Kingston again, don’t you get tired of always crying because of him, his good at leaving you broken and shattered and yet you don’t want to end your relationship with him”.

“I love him dad, I love Kingston so much, and if he doesn’t want me, am going to kill myself!!”. She yells ad Lawrence slaps her.

“Dad!!!”

“I should’ve done that a long time ago to reset your damaged brains, ever since your mom died while giving birth to you, I did my best to take care of you the best ways I could, and you just want to end your life because of Kingston…go ahead then, kill yourself if that’ll stop him from flirting….you make me sick Vivian!!”. Lawrence yells at her went back to his room.

“Am Vivian Rodriquez, no one has ever step on me, am going to make that wrenched girl pay”. She said with a mixture of anger and tears.

BRIGHT STAR HOSPITAL***

“Thanks alot for saving Jason”. Brielle said with a smile.

He and Mia came to visit her in the hospital, and Brielle was slowly recovering.

“I didn’t Elle, the police did”. He said.

“But you pay a huge role by reporting the scene to them, I would have being dead by now if you haven’t informed them about my whereabout, thank you Jason”.

Jason smiles.

“But am still mad at you Brielle, how could you go through all that alone, and you didn’t tell me, am I the third wheel here”. Mia asked.

“Of course not Mia….am sorry I didn’t tell you, Jason found out by his own means, am sorry I kept it a secret from you”. Brielle said.

Mia sighs.

“Is fine, all that matters is your okay, but you both shouldn’t hide things from me again, understand”. She said.

And Brielle and Jason nods.

“And don’t worry Brielle, your school works have been taking care of”. Mia said.

“Really Mia, thank you so much”. She said smiling.

“Don’t thank me Brielle, thank Jason, he was the one who made sure your notes are always updated, he always tag along with your backpack to school”.

And Jason pitch her.

“You don’t have to blabber your mouth you know”. He muttered.

“Sorry Jason, but I can’t keep anything a secret from Brielle, especially when it has to do with you, you even made sure her notes are up to date when yours is incomplete”. Mia said.

“Stop running your mouth”. He said covering her mouth.

Brielle looks at Jason and smiles.

9:54 PM~AN EMPTY WARD***

Lita is seen struggling to break free from the men holding her, she was blindfolded so she couldn’t see even a glimpse of any of them.

“Who’re you guys, and what did heck to you want from me!!!”.

“Can you just shut up!!”. Vivi yells at her, standing up from her siting position.

Lita looks around.

“Who’re you”.

Vivi smirks and unblinded folded her.

“I know you, your the girl who claims to be Kingston’s girlfriend”. Lita said.

And Vivi chuckles.

“What do you want from me, how dare you have me hostage!!”. She yells, and Vivi slaps her so hard.

“Your under my clutch Lita, and if I were you, am just going to maintain”. Vivi said.

“Are you doing this because of Kingston”.

“Yes I’m Lita, I love him too much and I won’t allow a no good girl like you to come between us”.

“Your just obsessed with Kingston!!”.

“Yes I’m, and that’s why I’ll do anything and everything to keep him!!”. Vivi yells and aims a gun at her.

Lita’s eyes were wide open.

“How about I blow your brains off this instant”.

And Lita swallowed hard.

“Don’t do it Vivi, you want Kingston that badly then you have him, just let me and I won’t ever come here him again”. Lita rushly said looking scared.

Vivi smirks dangerously.

“How’s your sister”. Alex asked as he and Naomi Walk one step after the other in the hospital premises.

“She’s fine, but you didn’t have to come here just to ask about her, is late already” Naomi answers.

“I’ll have called to ask, but I don’t have your number”. Alex said.

Naomi looks at him, she takes his phone which didn’t have a password, she typed in her number, and gives it back to him.

Alex smiles.

“When will you be coming to the hotel”.

“My sister is still in this hospital, Which means is going to take a while, am sorry about that sir Alex, you can’t just deduct it from my salary”. Naomi said adjusting her glasses.

“Is fine Naomi, your sister’s health matters the most, you come back to work when she finally discharged”.

Naomi smiles.

“Thanks so much sir Alex”. She muttered.

Alex Nods.

A cat runs by, and Alex screams in fear, hiding behind Naomi.

“Are you scared of cats”. She asked.

“No…of course not”. He said coming out from her back.

“So the great sir Alex is afraid of cats, and yet you call me a cry baby”. Naomi said laughing..

“Am not afraid of cats”. He defended.

“There’s a cat behind you”. She exclaims.

Alex jumps on his toes screaming.

“Where, where, where”. He rushly said, hiding behind her.

“I thought you said you weren’t afraid of cats”. Naomi said laughing.

“Am not scared, you just took me by surprise”. Alex said.

Naomi nods.

She smiles when she sees the cat under the flower, she stood the cat and face Alex.

“Meow”.

And Alex screams in fear.

“If you ain’t scared of cat, caress his head”. Naomi said smiling.

“Naomi get that cat away for me”. Alex said moving backward.

“Come-on sir Alex, you just said you weren’t scared of cat, caress his hair”. Naomi said moving closer to him with the cat.

“Naomi, stop”.

“Just caress his head it doesn’t bit”.

“Naomi, am going to kill you, if you bring that closer to me”. Alex threaten.

Naomi giggles and threw the cat on him.

“Meow”.

Alex screams and passed out.
